General operational audit with the processing of the obligations fulfillment report in relation to the safety of technical equipment (technical documentation, validity of the inspections, state of registration, technical condition, etc.):
– before the final inspection,
– before starting to operate RTEs
– before public authorities inspection,
– at tenant locations,
– and so on.
Preparing written or electronic records of technical equipment corresponding to the actual condition audited
– recording and scheduling RTE reviews based on an audit
– reviewing safety of technical equipment
– technical inspection and testing of electrical RTE, including post-repair testing
– external and internal professional inspections and pressure testing of pressure RTE
– technical inspection and testing of gas RTE, including post-repair testing
Preparing local RTE operating rules:
- education and training to obtain professional qualification for servicing defined RTE
- education and training to obtain professional qualification to repair RTE
- education and training to obtain professional qualification for work with electrical RTE
- education and training to obtain professional qualification to be a review engineer
- providing information to staff and testing their knowledge in having RTE operated by review engineer
- providing information to staff and testing their knowledge in having RTE serviced and repaired by review engineers
- informing employees and testing their knowledge about the activities on the electrical equipment and the procedure for providing first aid in case of electric shock – instructed worker.
