Who can be a Safety Advisor?
- Anyone named to this position.
- Organisation heads and anyone charged with other jobs within the organisation.
- Anyone who is not directly employed by the organisation if they are capable of performing the duties of an adviser.
The number of safety advisors in the organization depends on organizational structure, focus and on the amount of activities related to the transport of dangerous goods. Every organization must announce its safety advisor on request of the competent authority or authorized organization.
